Setting the mood for 2018

Hello 2018!

I know everyone has their resolutions for the new year and I commend you for having the courage to change something about yourself. It is not secret that a large amount of resolutions fail. So I am going to give you a few tips that will ensure your success.

  1. Do not over do it. I know that its fresh and you may be super motivated but if you go super hard at first you will burn yourself out (I’ve done it for the past few years). So take it slow and let your body get used to your new routine. Once you make it a routine or a habit, you will stick with it.
  2. Get an accountability partner. If you do not have anyone to hold you accountable then you are slowly going to fall out of the habit. Simple as that.
  3. Reward yourself. Bitches will do a lot for a new bag… I’m just saying (You know it’s true).
  4. Have a friendly competition. Have a friendly competition with a friend. I’m the type of person who does not like to lose so I will go above and beyond to beat somebody.

I hope these tips help you beat your new year’s resolution. These tips will help you set the mood for success for 2018.
